An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 21, 2022 between 9:15 am and 10:55 am. There were 9 children present with 5 staff supervising. The physical plant, emergency procedures, children's records, staff records, cribs, bottles, lunch boxes, attendance logs, evacuation logs and medications and authorizations were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the Violation Notice. The children were observed being held, singing songs and working on alphabets.
