A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection took place on 11/22/2022 between the hours of approximately 9:10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. There were 4 classrooms observed with a total of 25 children with 7 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating breakfast (pancakes, applesauce and milk), practicing writing their names and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
