A complaint was received in the licensing office on 10/18/2022 regarding emergency procedures. An investigation was initiated on 10/20/2022 and concluded on 11/10/2022. Interviews were conducted, records were reviewed and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
