An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:10pm-3:00pm. There were 11 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 staff. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 2 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed entering the facility, playing and engaged in an art project. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. No areas of non-compliance were identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
