Licensing inspector discussed first aid kit on each floor, the renewal application, reference check documentation, minor injury report and DOE model forms with the owner.
- Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 1pm-3:30pm. There were 57 children in the direct care and supervision of 20 staff. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 4 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping, playing, and being picked up by parents. Two new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the Owner. Cleaning supplies were located in a cabinet located on the wall of each room.Plan of Correction: Locks will be applied to each cabinet.

The record of medication administration was incomplete for two children.Plan of Correction: Staff will be reminded to complete the entire record.
