Discussed with the program staff emergency plan and daily health observation requirements.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 4:00pm-5:00pm. There were 32 children (school-age) directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, medications, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and playing in the gym area. Staff records review is completed annually at the administrative office through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services. There was adequate supply of materials for the children. Staff's MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training certifications were reviewed. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The program was clean and organized.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
