A complaint inspection was conducted on 11/22/2022 with center director and staff. The Division received a complaint on 11/09/2022 regarding injury reporting. Based on staff interviews, the complaint was determined to be not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
