There were 165 preschool children present with 26 staff supervising, across 12 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 12 children records were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed earlier in the year through the PRCS main office in Leesburg.

Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the center.
