An annual shsi inspection was conducted today, this inspection was delayed because the vendor and her family had the influenza virus when the first inspection was attempted. The vendor has 1 child in care at this time.The child was observed playing with the vendor and having snack, snack today was apples and crackers
The vendor is part of the food program and will provide food for children in care. She has space for the children to play with lots of supplies. This inspection was started at 10:00 and ended at 11:20. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this inspection.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-240-A Description: The vendor failed to keep one of the bathrooms in working condition.
Evidence: The seat on the toilet in one bathroom is broken causing a pinching hazard, the Bathroom cabinet is also broken and the drawers are taped in place..Plan of Correction: I use the other bathroom for the children and I have talked to the landlord about getting the bathroom fixed.
