The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM. Today?s census consisted of 29 children in care and 6 staff supervising. The children were observed engaged in a variety of activities. Children were observed playing with various play materials, eating lunch, handwashing, and playing on the playground. All classrooms, restrooms and playground were inspected today. Five children's records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection. A sample of 3 injury reports were reviewed. Medication is administered and was reviewed. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last Evacuation Drill: 12/13/2022 Shelter in Place Drills: 10/13/2022 and Lockdown Drill: 4/26/2022. The center's first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies were inspected and found complete. The required postings were inspected and found to be incompliance. Liability insurance, health inspection, and drills were all in compliance. Medications and authorizations were reviewed and in compliance. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
