Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 7am-7:50am. There were 4 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 staff. A sample of 1 child's record, and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed being dropped off, playing and eating. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Description: Based on record review and interview, all staff were not current in CPR training.

Evidence:
Caregiver A stated he did not have proof of CPR training on file at the facility.

Plan of Correction: I will ask the administrator for a copy to be transferred to this facility.
