A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Based on observation, record review and discussion with staff, the vendor failed to ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall have a current certification in CPR within 90 days of employment.
Evidence: The record for Staff 5 had a documented hire date of 03/28/2022; Staff 5 does not have a current certification in CPR.Plan of Correction: Staff will be given 30 days to complete the course.
