An investigation was initiated from 12:15 pm - 1:45 pm to investigate a complaint regarding supervision, and care, protection, and guidance. Interviews were conducted, child records, documentation, and video footage was reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to substantiate the complaint. The complaint regarding supervision, and care, protection, and guidance is not valid.
