The sight and sound supervision of children was discussed with the Program Director. In order to count in ratio, staff must be in actual sight and sound supervision of the children.
The storage area through which the children pass to access the gymnasium was discussed. If the children are to pass through this area, the area must be free of potential hazards, such as electrical cords, tripping hazards, choking hazards, potentially hazardous substances such as cleaning fluids, paint, etc.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 3/7/2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
