The vendor is present with 3 children in care, during this annual subsidy health and safety inspection. The vendor has 6 points today. The children were observed playing and doing preschool work. The children bring food from home and the vendor does not transport the children , but does take them on walks to the neighborhood park. Lots of toys to play with and many different interest areas to explore. This inspection was started at 9:5 and ended at 11:15. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-250-A Description: Based on the review of the physical plant, it was determined that the vendor failed to keep cleaning supplies out of reach of the children in care,
Evidence: During the inspection cleaners were observed on the back of the toilet and on the floor in the bathroom by the washing machine, making the cleaners accessible to the children in care.Plan of Correction: Moved during the inspection. I was doing laundry and forgot to put the soap away after use.
