Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/22/23.
The center had 6 children in care with 2 staff. Lots of activities observed during the inspection. The children were playing, painting and having lunch. Lots of interacting, the children are very talkative and ready to share all they like to do at school. A violation notice was given to the center with this inspection summary. Description: Based on the review of children's records, the center failed to get some of the required information to make the child's record complete.
Evidence: Reviewed 4 children's record, child 4 is missing 2 emergency contacts. both emergency contacts listed are the parents.

Plan of Correction: We will ask the parents for emergency contacts. They just moved to the area this school year.
