Technical Assistance:
Discussed in detail attendance records related to 8VAC20-780-80 and the requirement for each group of children, the center shall maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.

Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on April 3, 2023 and concluded on April 4, 2023. There were 29 children present, ranging in ages from 5 to 11, with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
