transportation contractor, transportation plan, policies for supervision at drop off and pick up, notification for parents, any future action to prevent reoccurrence of injury on incident reporting.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:00 am-12:30pm. There were 59 children (2-5yrs.) directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in nap time, quiet activities. Diapering / potty routines and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
