An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:50 am-12:00pm. There were 87 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 13 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 6 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing inside due to air quality, in special activities classes. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
