An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/20/2023 from 9:30 am-11:30 am. There were 18 children supervised by 5 direct care staff. The physical plant, 7 staff records, 5 children's records, evacuation drills, injury reports, and policies were inspected. No medication was on-site today. Children were observed participating in group play, tabletop activities, and playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
