Technical assistance was provided regarding medication and infant programming.
- Comments:

A complaint investigation was conducted on August 25, 2023 from 10:15am until 12:30pm regarding ratio, infant programming, and medication. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding infant programming and medication; however, the complaint was deemed valid with regard to ratio. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
