The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 08/31/2023. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations that a staff members. The information gathered during the investigation do not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be invalid.
