An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted onsite on 9/8/2023 from 3:26 pm to 4:20 pm, staff records were reviewed in the main office on 9/18/2023 from 1:40 pm to 4 pm, and a final piece of documentation was obtained at the main office on 10/4/2023. There were 14 children in care, ages six years to ten years, in one group under the care of two staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s records, two staff records, and other program records. The children were observed doing homework and having snacks.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

EVIDENCE:
During the on-site portion of the inspection, the first aid kit did not have a thermometer.Plan of Correction: A thermometer will be obtained and put in the first aid kit.
