Standard #: 8VAC20-780-60-A-8 Description: Based on documentation review, the center did not obtain a written care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
Evidence: Child #9 has a diagnosed food allergy and did not have a written allergy care plan on file.Plan of Correction: Ensure all paperwork required for medication is on site to include MAT form and allergy care plans. Parent was contacted on 10/4/2023.
