This annual subsidy / move inspection was conducted by the inspector using alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
An annual/ move subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 6/23/2020 using video call application.
The vendor reported there were 2 children in care and 0 children living in the house under 12 years of age. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records, 3 adult/ household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. The home, children's areas and equipment and emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills were also inspected.
The inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
