A Subsidy Health and Safety virtual review was conducted on 7/6/2020 to review Subsidy health and safety requirements. The home was operating with a capacity of 4 with one child present during review. The child was observed playing freely and COVID and emergency procedures supplies were reviewed. The home was toured virtually. Child, provider, and household members' records were also reviewed.
