An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/28/2024 at 10:10am. There were 41 preschoolers directly supervised by 10 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, 4 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, listening to stories, playing, and interacting with staff. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
