1) In the Twos classroom, two (2) diaper creams were observed not labeled with a child's name.
2) In the Twos classroom nineteen (19) diaper creams were observed in an unlocked cabinet under the changing table that is accessible to children.Plan of Correction: diaper creams will be labeled and locked.
