Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure each staff member shall submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening. Documentation of the screening shall be submitted at the time of employment and prior to coming into contact with children.The documentation shall have been completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment and be signed by a physician, physician's designee, or an official of the local health department.
Evidence :
1- Staff # 2 hire date was 01/22/24, the TB test results were recieved on 1/27/2024.
2- Staff #5 hire date was 03/04/2024 , the TB results were recieved on 3.07/2024.
3-The TB tests were not completed within 30 days prior to employment.Plan of Correction: I understand regardless of a potential employee they will not have a hire date before all acceptable required documents have been received and verified.
