Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-A Description: Based on a review of three staff files, the center did not obtain documentation of a tuberculosis (TB) screening for staff at the time of employment and prior to coming in contact with children.
The record for Staff # 2, with a start date of 1/24/24, contained documentation of a tuberculosis screening dated 1/26/24.Plan of Correction: Staff member was not in contact with children prior to receiving a TB test. Dates on file have been updated and staff will not be in sites until after TB test received.
