A monitoring inspection was initiated on May 22, 2024 at approximately 2:00pm and concluded on May 22, 2024 at approximately 3:00pm. There were a total of 46 children with 4 staff members present. Children were observed coming into the program, taking attendance, and preparing for snack time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
