Standard #: 8VAC20-770-60-C-2 Description: Based on review of three staff records, the facility failed to have documentation of a completed search of the central registry (CPS check) on file for each staff within the first 30 days of employment. Evidence: Staff 1 (date of employment 9/5/2023) did not have a completed search of the central registry on file. Plan of Correction: The CPS check was submitted in March 2024, but it has not been returned.
