Standard #: 8VAC20-780-560-F Description: Based on observation, a menu listing foods to be served for meals and snacks during the current one-week period was not dated.

1. The menu posted outside of the kitchen was not dated for the current one-week period.
2. In the Infant B classroom, child #1's (age: 8 months) menu was not dated for the current one-week period.Plan of Correction: Update menu with correct dates and current meals.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-570-D Description: Based on record review, infants were not fed in accordance with parental instructions.
Evidence:
1. Child #1's (age: 8 months) parent provided instructions indicates that child #1 should be fed at approximately 7:30am, 10:30am, 1:30pm and 4:30pm.
2. Child #1 arrived on 05/28/2024 at approximately 9:06am. Child #1 took a nap from approximately 10:02am-12:12pm. Child #1 was fed their first bottle at approximately 1:15pm.Plan of Correction: Ask parents for feeding schedule for formula bottles and post it in the room.
