Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-B-1 Description: Based on observation, interview, and electronic device, the center did not ensure the staff to children ratios are followed whenever children in care.
Evidence: 1.In the Caterpillar 1 group, the staff to children ratio was 1:9 during the inspection. The required ratio for the staff to children is 1:4.
2. Interview with staff confirmed the group was combined while other staff was on break, and the youngest child was 10 months.
