An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 6/24/24 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding allegations of care, protection, and guidance. Based on a review of documentation and interviews conducted, the allegation was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
