The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office 6/23/2024 relating to a child's disenrollment, the center's policy on terminating a contract and confidentiality. Interviews were conducted with staff and documents were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
