To safely perform medication administration practices listed in 8VAC20-780-510, whenever the center has agreed to administer prescribed medications, the administration shall be performed by a staff member who has obtained Medication Administration Training. (MAT) When a child with diabetes is in care, someone should be on staff and present who has MAT's diabetes training.

A monitoring investigation was conducted in response to an incident that was self-reported by the center on 06/26/2021. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
