A complaint investigation was initiated on May 10, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in response to concerns received by the Valley licensing office on May 3, 2024 in regards to staffing, supervision, and programs.
Observations of all classrooms were conducted. Staff interviews were conducted.
Additional observation of the center was conducted on June 20, 2024 beginning at 12:20 p.m. Additional staff interviews were conducted.
Based on the preponderance of the evidence collected, the complaint regarding staffing, supervision and programs was determined not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
