A complaint investigation was initiated on June 20, 2024 at 12:20 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. in response to concerns received by the Valley licensing office on May 17, 2024 in regards to supervision, programs and nutrition services.
Observation of the program was conducted. Staff interviews were conducted.
Based on the preponderance of the evidence collected, the complaint regarding supervision, programs and nutrition services was determined not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
