A complaint inspection was conducted with the director on July 17, 2024, beginning at 10:58 PM and ending at 12:40 PM. The inspection was conducted to investigation allegations related to operational responsibilities, building maintenance, physical and mental health of staff and volunteers, program director qualifications, program directors and back-up for program directors, supervision of children, staff-to-children ratio requirements, preventing the spread of disease, and nutrition and food services. A tour of the facility and staff interviews were conducted. Facility documentation was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-B-4 Complaint related: Yes Description: Based on a review of documentation, the facility did not maintained the required staff-to-child ratio for children ages 3 years old up to school age. Evidence: On July 5, 2024, at approximately 5:10 pm there were 12 children ages 3 through school aged in the care of 1 staff members. Plan of Correction: Not available online.
