An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/25/2024 from approximately 2:10pm to 3:11pm. There were 23 children ages 10 months to age 4 years old supervised by 4 staff. The children were observed napping The physical plant, programming, attendance, 5 children?s records and emergency supplies were reviewed.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-60-A Description: Based on review of 5 child records, the Center did not ensure they obtained all of the required documentation for child records. Standard #: 8VAC20-780-270-A Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure that all areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, were maintained in a clean, safe, and operable condition. Evidence: There were ants observed in 2 classrooms. Toddler classroom ants were observed on the changing table, 3 & 4 year old classroom ants were observed on the counter near the sink.
