An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on 07/25/2024. as a part of The on-site inspection began at 10:00 AM and ended at 11:23 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present. The program director and the district manager were present. This inspection included:
? document review (policies and procedures, enrollment forms, emergency preparations)
? tour of the facility,
? interviews, and
? measurements
