An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 06/27/2024 and completed on 07/30/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 06/26/2024 relating to allegations of inadequate care and protection of children. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included:
*Document review;
*Tour of facility and outdoor play area;
*Interviews;
*Observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid.
