An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 7/30/2024 and completed on 7/30/2024, as a part of probation. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 10:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 69 children present and 9 staff. This inspection included a document review and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
