This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the home was not conducted.
An unannounced subsidy inspection was initiated on 8/4/20 and concluded on 8/7/20. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection, and texted a list of items required to complete the inspection. There were 2 children in care + 2 children that live in the home = 3 points with the vendor. The vendor has implemented additional health and safety precautions due to the health pandemic, and has maintained a daily schedule for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
