An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on July 29, 20204 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 21, 2024 relating to allegations of staffing and supervision. This inspection included interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
