An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/06/2024 and completed on 08/06/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 07/30/2024 relating to a serious injury report. The inspector reviewed documentation on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
