A non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/31/2024 and completed on 08/07/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 07/30/2024 relating to areas of the standards. This inspection included:
? There were two announced inspections that were initiated on 07/31/2024 (from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm) and concluded on 08/07/2024 (from 11 am to 12 pm). This inspection also included:
? A review of policies and procedures, documentation on training; and
? interviews of 5 staff.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
