A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on July 23, 2024. There were 51 children present with eleven staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.
Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of seven staff records, the center did not ensure all staff who work directly with children obtain current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care within 90 days of employment.
Evidence:
The record of staff #7 contained documentation of CPR certification that expired on 06/18/2022. The director stated the staff members had not renewed the CPR certification.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
