An unannounced inspection was initiated on 08/22/2024 and completed on 08/22/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/07/2024 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed one child's record and two staff's records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
